Tutti Fruity

  1. Ingredients:
    1. Raw Papaya - 1 cup peeled and cut into small pieces.
    2. Sugar - 1/2 cup.
    3. Food Colour - your choice of colour
    4. Powdered sugar -1tbsp.

    Method:
    1. In a pan add sugar and 1/4 cup of water and make the sugar syrup.
    2. Check for 1 string consistency.
    3. In a bowl add some water and put the cut and peeled raw papaya pieces and allow it to boil for 2 mins.
    4. We don't have to cook fully..add half-boiled raw papaya into the sugar syrup.
    5. Add your favourite food colour and mix thoroughly.
    6. After that spread the sugar-coated papaya pieces into a tissue paper.
    7. Allow it to dry for a day or two.
    8. Now add the powdered sugar into the papaya, this will absorb the stickiness.
    9. Keep it in an airtight container.
    10. Tadaaa tutti fruity is ready!. You can use it in your cakes, desserts etc..

Milagu (Pepper)kuzhambu/ Pathiya kuzhambu

 Ingredients: Black Pepper- 3 Tsp. Jeera seeds/cumin seeds-1 Tsp. Garlic-10-15 cloves. Vegetables like Drumstick, Beans (Avaraikaai), Brinjal-1 cup (Anyone vegetable). Salt-As req. Water -2 cups. Curry leaves-few  Rice flour-1/2 tsp. Gingely oil-2 tsp.
