Crunchy Butter Biscuits / Wheat Biscuits
Ingredients:
- Wheat flour - 1 cup
- Powdered sugar and Brown sugar - 3/4th cup
- Butter - 2 tbsp
- Cardamoms -2 powdered.
- Milk - as required.
- Baking powder - 1 pinch.
- Baking Soda -1 pinch.
Method:
- Mix all ingredients and knead well like chapatti batter.
- Roll it with a rolling pin and cut it in desired shapes. Kids will love to do that with a cookie cutter or we can use lids.
- Or simply make small balls and arrange it in a plate with 1 inch gaps. (So that the biscuits have some space to expand)
- Keep it in the oven at 200C for 35 mins.
- You will know, when to take it out with its wonderful smell.
- Healthy, Easy, tasty and crunchy biscuits are ready.
- You can keep it in the air tight container for weeks!
