Guacamole

Ingredients:

  • Avocados - peeled, stones removed and chopped
  • Small  onion, finely chopped-1
  • Garlic  clove, minced-1
  • Ripe tomato, chopped-1
  • Lime, juiced-
  • Cumin powder-1/2 tsp. 
  • Coriander-for garnishing. 

 

Method:

1.Mash avocados in a medium serving bowl.  



2. Stir in onion, garlic, tomato and lime juice.  
3.Season with salt, pepper and cumin powder to taste.
