Pasta

Ingredients:

1.Pasta-2 cups.
2.Tomato puree-1/2 cup.
3.Butter-a knob.
4.Salt-As req.
5. Onion Big- 1 cup Chopped
6.Tomato sauce-4 tbsp.


Method:

1.Cook Pasta with some salt.
2. After the Pasta is cooked, drain the remaining water and kept aside.
3. In a Pan add a knob of butter, then add onion and fry for 1 min.
4. Add Pureed tomato, Pasta and Mix well.
5.When it is coated properly add tomato sauce and mix well.
6. Serve hot.

Note:
1. You can add Green peas, Carrot and all to the pasta.

Crunchy Butter Biscuits / Wheat Biscuits

Ingredients: Wheat flour - 1 cup Powdered sugar and Brown sugar - 3/4th cup Butter - 2 tbsp Cardamoms -2 powdered. Milk - as required. Baking powder - 1 pinch. Baking Soda -1 pinch. Method: Mix all ingredients and knead well like chapatti batter. Roll it with a rolling pin and cut it in desired shapes. Kids will love to do that with a cookie cutter or we can use lids. Or simply make small balls and arrange it in a plate with 1 inch gaps. (So that the biscuits have some space to expand) Keep it in the oven at 200C for 35 mins. You will know, when to take it out with its wonderful smell. Healthy, Easy, tasty and crunchy biscuits are ready. You can keep it in the air tight container for weeks!
