DOSA /IDLY BATTER

Ingredients:

1.Boiled Rice/Idly Rice-4 Cups.
2.Oorid Dhal-1 cup.
3.Salt-As req.

Method:

1.Soak rice and Oorid dhal  overnight or 5 to 6 hours Seperately.
2.Softness of Idly Purely depends on the Oorid dhal.
3.Grind Rice with water in a Grinder until it becomes corase.about 15  mins approx.
4.Then Grind Oorid dhal until fine dough (about 20 mins).
5.Then mix Rice Batter and oorid Batter with salt.
6.Keep it aside for 10 to 12 hours for fermentation.
