IDLY MILAGAAI PODI

Ingredients:

1.Patta milagaai/Red chilly-15 nos
2.Gram Dhal/kadalai Parupu-2 Cups.
3.Oorid dhal/Ulutham parupu-1 Cup.
4.Asefotida/Perungayam-1/2 tsp.
5.Salt-As reuired.
6.Oil-For frying.


Method:

1.In a fry pan add 1 tsp oil and fry Gram dhal,Oorid dhal and red chilly seperately.
2.And then allow it to cool to room temperature.
3.Then add asefotida,salt and Grind it to a corase powder.
4.Idly chilly powder is ready.
