Potato Fry

Ingredients:

1.Potato-2 nos.
2.Curry leaves.
3.Milagaai thool Milagai thool/Chilly powder-1 tsp.
4.Salt-As req.
5.Oil-2 tsp.
Potato fry

Method:

1.Cut the potatoes into small rectangle shapes.
2.In a pan ,add oil,mustard and curry leaves.
3.Mix potato and milagaaithol with some salt and oil.
4.Put the potato mix into the pan, mix well.
5.Close the pan and stir occassionally,Allow it to boil for 5 to 10 mins.
6.Potato fry is ready.
7.Use coriander for garnishing.

Crunchy Butter Biscuits / Wheat Biscuits

Ingredients: Wheat flour - 1 cup Powdered sugar and Brown sugar - 3/4th cup Butter - 2 tbsp Cardamoms -2 powdered. Milk - as required. Baking powder - 1 pinch. Baking Soda -1 pinch. Method: Mix all ingredients and knead well like chapatti batter. Roll it with a rolling pin and cut it in desired shapes. Kids will love to do that with a cookie cutter or we can use lids. Or simply make small balls and arrange it in a plate with 1 inch gaps. (So that the biscuits have some space to expand) Keep it in the oven at 200C for 35 mins. You will know, when to take it out with its wonderful smell. Healthy, Easy, tasty and crunchy biscuits are ready. You can keep it in the air tight container for weeks!
