Ingredients:
1.Kovakkai-1 cup.2.Onion big- 1Medium size.
3.Mustard-a few.
4.Oil-2 tbsp.
5.Chilly powder-1 tsp.
6.Salt-as req.
Method:
1.Cut Kovakkai into round shaped pieces.2.In a pan add oil,Mustard,and then chopped onion to that.
3.When onion becomes translucent ,add the chopped kovakkai,salt and chilly powder to that.
4.Add some water to that and allow it to boil.
5.Close the pan and keep the stove in medium flame.
6.Porriyal is now ready.
