Milk Vegetable Soup

Ingredients:

  1. 1 1/2 cups mixed vegetables(Carrot,Beans,Cauliflower,coriander leaves)
  2. 1 chopped onion
  3. 2 tbsp butter
  4. 3 cups milk
  5. 1 1/2 tbsp plain flour /maida(Optional).

Method:

  1. Heat the butter and fry the onion for 1 minute.
  2. Add the vegetables and fry again for 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Add 1 teacup of water and cook until the vegetables are soft.
  4. Mix the flour and milk, heat for a little while and add to the vegetables.
  5. Serve hot.
